Quality heavy weight turnout rug, durable 1200D outer, with full neck. 

In good used conditionwith signs of wear.  Has a few minor pulls around the neck, otherwise no major tears or holes.  All buckles and straps in good working order.

Fleece neck insert has a couple of small tears but nothing that affects it's use.
