Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns if any of our rugs are unsuitable or you simply change your mind. Just return the rug within 30 days of order, in the same state and condition that it arrived with you. We do advise that you try all rugs on to a clean horse / pony preferable with a cotton sheet underneath to prevent the rug from getting dirty should you want to return it. We cannot accept returns for rugs that have been worn, are damaged, wet or dirty.

Due to the weight of the majority of the rugs it is advisable to return to us using either My Hermes or Collect Plus. Their economy 5kg parcel service is would be suitable for most rugs that we sell and this costs approx. £6.50 per parcel. Postage cost to return rugs must be paid by the customer.

The returns process
Please follow these steps in order to ensure a smooth return and quicker processing of your refund.

1. Contact us either by email, phone or through the website to say that you'd like to make a return

2. Package the rug securly using a mailing bag or box.

3. Insert a letter / note that states your name, date of purchase, what the rug is and the reason for returning.

4. Purchase a postage label from either Collect Plus (referred) or My Hermes.

5. Return rug to the following addess:

Please keep your proof of postage with tracking number should the parcel experiece a delay.

Once we receive your return it will be fully inspected and if in the same condition that it was sent to you, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.

Faulty Goods
We try our very best to ensure that each and every rug is checked and an accurate description with lots of pictures are displayed on our site. Most second hand rugs will have some sort of defect, sign of wear or damage to some degree. We are not claiming that all of our rugs are in immaculate condition because they are pre worn and some times a little older.

But what we do try and do is accurately describe every part of the rug and if there is something about the rug either good or bad worth saying, we say it!

Although we take every care and a great deal of time to provide these descriptions ocassionally we can miss something, and if this is the case and your rug isnt as described then we would be happy to accept it back. And of course if we are at fault with your rug, we will pay the postage too!
