Quality full neck medium weight under rug, in very good condition.

PLEASE NOTE - this rug has cross over clips on both sides so it could be used on its own as a stable rug also.  THE CROSS OVER STRAPS ARE NOT INCLUDED with this sale, so its being sold only as an under rug where they are not needed.  However, cross over straps with double ended fasteners could be easoily added.
