Quality stable rug with full neck and decent medium fill.

THIS RUG IS SOLD AS A BUDGET RUG DUE TO RUSTING OF THE METAL WORK. All of the clips have some degree of rust, but they all still work. The rug has a couple of other minor repairs, but other than that is in good condition with no tears of rips.

Great bargain rug if you dont mind rusty buckles.
